Former Nurse Contractor Arrested
MACLENNEY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of former nurse contractor Kendra Lei Russell. Russell is charged with HIPPAA violations, introduction of contraband and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

The home addresses, telephone numbers, including cellular and personal pager numbers, social security numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of active or former department employees and/or their spouses and children; places of employment; daycare facilities, and/or schools of active or former department employees’ spouses and children (sections 119.071 (4)(d), F.S. and 945.10(1)(e), F.S.
119.071[e], F.S., exempting all information “revealing the substance of a confession” by a person arrested until there is a final disposition in the case.
