Florida Inmate Arrested
PERRY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of inmate James Leighton #E46506. Leighton is charged with introduction of contraband, unlawful use of a two-way communication device and conspiracy to introduce contraband.
