Former Florida Resident Arrested
JASPER, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of former Florida resident Richard Sichta. Sichta is charged with introduction of contraband.

The following exemptions apply to the redactions:
Social security numbers. § 119.071(5)(a), F.S.
119.071[e], F.S., exempting all information “revealing the substance of a confession” by a person arrested until there is a final disposition in the case
