FDC Assault Advisories | February 8 – February 14, 2022

This is a report of assault advisories that occurred during the specified timeframe. An assault advisory is issued by the Department of Corrections whenever a correctional officer or probation officer is attacked in the line of duty. All assaults are investigated, and disciplinary action is imposed in accordance with policy.

Wakulla Correctional Institution: On February 8, Inmate Charlie Lockett (E14876) assaulted an officer by striking their right hand with an improvised weapon. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries

Gulf Correctional Institution: On February 8, Inmate Antoine Osborne (K68393) assaulted an officer by hitting them in the eye. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Florida State Prison: On February 8, Inmate Daniel Huertas (S12939) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On February 8, Inmate Regan Thomas (A51464) assaulted officers. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Union Correctional Institution: On February 8, Inmate Davion Parson (C09283) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Zephyrhills Correctional Institution: On February 9, Inmate Victor Nelson (U00746) assaulted an officer by elbowing them. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Santa Rosa Annex: On February 9, Inmate Preston Clarke (S50769) assaulted an officer by grabbing their right middle finger. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Union Correctional Institution: On February 10, Inmate Michael Nath (J55797) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Union Correctional Institution: On February 10, Inmate Marvin Pace (B02617) assaulted an officer by striking them in the face with cuffed hands. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Gadsden Correctional Facility: On February 10, Inmate Tyesha Saffold (E41283) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Bridges of Cocoa: On February 12, Inmate Cameron Cross (S50395) assaulted an employee by slamming a door in their face. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the employee and noted injuries.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On February 12, Inmate Jesus Crys (M54978) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Central Florida Reception Center: On February 12, Inmate Kenneth Reece (U47199) assaulted an officer by shoving them in the chest. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On February 13, Inmate Ulysses Crouse (K81748) assaulted an officer by pulling their hand through a cuffing port. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Lake Correctional Institution: On February 14, Inmate Christopher Stallworth (P08690) assaulted an employee. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Liberty Correctional Institution: On February 14, Inmate Milton Hodges (V31788) assaulted an officer by striking them in the head and upper torso with his fists. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Lake Correctional Institution: On February 14, Inmate Miguel Allende (X46000) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
