Directions: From I-10 take Exit 142 (SR-71 South) approximately 42 miles to Stone Mill Creek Road. Turn right off Hwy-71 onto Stone Mill Creek Road. Institution is approximately three miles from Hwy-71. Please Note: GPS systems and mapping sites such as Mapquest, Bing Maps, or Google Maps sometimes provide incorrect directions to our prison facilities. Please use the above directions when traveling to this prison.

Historical Information: This facility was built in 1995 and opened in May 1999. It is designated to house adult male inmates. Gulf C.I. Annex is under the supervision of Gulf C.I.
