The Bureau of Community Relations provides support in carrying out the Department’s mission and vision to forge working partnerships with local communities and public safety agencies statewide.  As such, the Bureau serves as a source for enhancing citizens’ awareness of services available through the Department and is responsible for the development, coordination, delivery and oversight of approved community projects through innovative approach.  The guiding principle of the Bureau is the timely and efficient use of available resources to assist Florida’s communities. Our collaborative partnerships avails assistance to civic and community organizations, victims of crimes and their families, churches, students, local and state government, quasi-government agencies, other state and national agencies, as well as DC employees.
