Pursuant to contractual agreement between the private vendors and the Department of Management Services, funding is requested for operation of Graceville Correctional Facility (scheduled to open in September, 2007), an additional 384 beds at Gadsden CI and an additional 235 beds each at Moore Haven and Bay. Gadsden, Moore Haven and Bay expansions are scheduled to open in July 2007.
