The department is requesting funding for support staffing for Lowell Work Camp. The facility will provide additional total capacity of 288 beds and is scheduled to open in November 2007. Positions requested will provide support in the areas of internal/perimeter security, work squads, shift supervision, control room, medical escort, food service, property, classification, clerical and maintenance.
