Probation: 60,664 admissions

More than half (59.0%) of those admitted to community supervision in FY 2003-04 and placed on felony probation had no prior commitments to either prison or supervision
Prior Supervision Only (24.6%), No Prior Commitments(59.0%), Prior Prison and Supervision (12.9%), Prior Prison Only (3.5%)


Drug Offender Probation: 13,598 admissions

Of those admitted to Drug Offender probation in FY 2003-04, most had prior supervision commitments only (41.2%), followed by no prior commitments (39.5%).
No Prior Commitments (39.5%), Prior Supervision Only (41.2%), Both Prior Prison and Supervision (17.8%), Prior Prison Only (1.43%)


Community Control: 11,249 admissions

Over half (53.3%) of the offenders admitted to community supervision in FY 2003-04 and placed on community control had prior commitments to supervision only.
No Prior Commitments (26.6%), Prior Supervision Only (53.3%), Both Prior Prison and Supervision (17.6%), Prior Prison Only (2.5%)
