Felony Probation Most Common Type of Supervision

  • The majority ( 74.3%) of offenders serving an original sentence on community supervision on June 30, 2011 were serving felony probation.

  • The majority of those on post-prison supervision on June 30, 2011 were serving parole (40.2%) or conditional release (55.2% ) terms.
