Inmate Population by Race On June 30 Compared Over Five Years
White rose from 46,769 in 2009 to 48,344 in 2013. Black fell from 50,106 in 2009 to 48,413 in 2013.  Other rose from 4,019 in 2009 to 4,127 in 2013.
