Information

The Contract Management and Program Development Office is responsible for: organizing contracting activities to ensure that guidelines and parameters are followed; monitoring expenditures and providing financial analysis of contracts; analyzing data on potential or existing programs to determine recommendations for adoption, improvement, development, or elimination in order to promote efficient, effective accomplishment of the operating objectives at the lowest cost; and exploring new opportunities for grant funding or other non-general revenue funding sources. Development of strategic plans for future programs, goals, and funding needs.
