The Foundation for Partnerships in Correctional Excellence Office is the direct support organization (DSO) for the Florida Department of Corrections that assists programs and employees of the department in the interest of public safety. Examples include emergency employee assistance; support for literacy, wellness and faith-based programs; and public school parterships. A tax-exempt 501c(3), non-profit corporation authorized by statute, the Foundation provides resources through grants, contributions, and community partnerships.
