Inmate Survey Form
Of the 14,609 inmates measured who attended at least one chapel program in July-September of 2001, 6,634 of them were still incarcerated on January 15, 2005 . In order to achieve a 97% confidence rate with a 3% bound and a .1% historical proportion, it was determined that we would need to survey 440 of those inmates. Research and Data Analysis sent us a random sample of 550 of those inmates. Four hundred fifty-four surveys were completed and returned to us. The survey contained 4 questions.
