Due to technical difficulties, Columbia County Jail reported for only 28 days, Taylor County reported an ADP of 103 which was excluded because they were unable to provide a breakdown by category and Broward County reported an ADP of 4,599 which was excluded because they were unable to provide a breakdown by category.
