In FY 2001-02, the department outsourced food service operations statewide. The contract was re-bid in Fiscal Year 2007-08. The department's FY 2007-08 appropriation did not include price level increases. This issue is to request price level increases not received in FY 2007-08 along with price level increases for Fiscal Year 2008-09 based on the contractual rates.
