| As a result of scoresheet preparation or data entry error, there are a minimal number of cases in which the sentencing guidelines level is in error. However, the majority of violent offenses in sentencing guidelines level 1 to 4 are assault/battery on a law enforcement officer, aggravated stalking, assault/battery other, and attempted violent crimes. Many of these offenses were re-ranked to a higher level with the implementation of the 1995 Guidelines structure. | ||||
