Number of New Offenders Active in the Program During the Year |
This is a count of the total number of new offenders who entered the program during the fiscal year. This number is unduplicated by offender within program type. |
Number of Different Offenders Active in the Program During the Year |
This is a count of the total number of offenders who participated in the program at any given time during the fiscal year. It is computed by taking the population enrolled in the program on July 1st and adding to it any offenders who enrolled during the fiscal year. This number is unduplicated by offender within program type. |
Number of Offenders Enrolled in the Program on June 30th |
Also referred to as a status population, this is the number of offenders enrolled in the program on the last day of the fiscal year. This number is unduplicated by offender within program type. |
Participation |
Participation data are based on enrollment events, regardless of the type of program exit/outcome (successful, unsuccessful or administrative). |
Administrative Outcome/Exit |
A type of program outcome, where the exiting of a program is due to court order, medical termination or transfer. |

Recommitment |
The percentage of program releasees who return to the department within a given time period. It includes returns to prison and community supervision as well as new offenses and technical violations. |

The enrollment data for a particular program during a given time period. |
