Dear Warden Lawrence,
My name is Robby Speer and I am the Executive Director of Sports Reach, a Christian sports ministry based out of Kentucky. For 25 years we have been doing sports ministry which includes prison sports ministry.
On March 16, I had the privilege to bring a softball and basketball team to your facility. I just wanted to share with you what a great time that we had. Our guys really enjoyed the opportunity that you afforded us to come and play games we love and to talk about the one we love, Jesus.
Coach Moore is such a great person to work with. Though it was the first visit to Hardee, it will not be our last. She had things set up great and ready to go when we got there. Such organization does make things so much easier from our end. She is a credit to her profession and to the institution.
I would like to add that all of the folks that work for you were great to deal with. They were very professional yet friendly and that is a great reflection on the leadership that you provide.
This was a great day for us and I do appreciate the opportunity to bring a group in. We look forward to coming in at another time. Thank you for allowing this to happen.
