This is a letter to reaffirm the professionalism exhibited by J. DeBell with my students this past April 26, 2011. Mr. DeBell does an exceptionally good job in helping my students understand not only the particulars of the Lowell Correctional Institution but incarceration in general. Mr. DeBell does an extremely good job of bringing in many different people from various parts of the facility prior to the students' tour so they have a better understanding of what they are seeing and what to look for while on your premises.
The responses of my students have been extremely positive and appreciative for the care which Mr. DeBell took to educate them and spend time with them to help them be better informed citizens. Mr. DeBell has been a very consistent and exceptionally good facilitator, year in and year out. I have great confidence first, in the security of my students, and second, in the education they walk away with following the tour.
