I want to thank you for your participation and assistance in the above referenced matter. I believe your testimony was vital to the successful outcome of this case. As you may know, the Defendant was found guilty of Solicitation to Commit First Degree Murder with a Firearm after a jury trial on May 13, 2011 and is scheduled to be sentenced on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at 1:30 pm.
