Twill be the 16th of December, and the toys have been made
Santa's helpers have been busy from Century to Dade;
When all of a sudden Santa Harry said, "that's plenty,
we have enough toys for thousands plus twenty".
The toys were then packed in the trucks with great care
with knowledge that they would be sent everywhere.
The inmates in their blue and the CO's in their brown
are bringing their goodies to your hometown.
They hammered, they sawed, they glued, and they stitched.
All for a good cause, to help good 'ole St. Nick.
There are dolls and trucks and many more toys
on their way to good little girls and boys.
All made by inmates with a great deal of care
in hopes that a child can hug a little teddy bear.
So if you want a glimpse of Santa's '97 collection
come by and see it at the Department of Corrections.
Be here by 9 a.m.
at the Blair Stone Road North Pole
Come one and come all
On December 16. Come see it all.
