Fitzgerald Murder Administrative Investigation Concluded

Secretary Walt McNeil will be available via conference call on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 9:45 a.m. to discuss with reporters the outcome of the Department of Corrections’ Administrative Investigation of the murder of Correctional Officer Donna Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald was killed at Tomoka Correctional Institution in Daytona Beach in June 2008. Inmate Enoch Hall has been charged with her murder.
