Enhanced Inmate Account Services

Beginning Tuesday, January 15, 2008, the toll free number 1-866-209-7250 used for friends/families to check inmates funds has been enhanced to provide additional services. The following services will be provided 24 hours a day 7 days a week in English and Spanish.

• An automated voice response system which will provide the inmate’s account balance and date of last deposit and amount deposited to their account.
  
  
• An automated voice assistance service with instructions on sending funds using Western Union’s “Quick Collect” Service, JPay’s Correctional Payment Service, or for sending money orders.
  
  
• A voice mail service to allow families/friends to request the DC2-303 deposit form.

Please note that operators will still be on duty from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
