WHERE:	Columbia Correctional Institution 216 S.E. Corrections Way Lake City, FL 32025
WHY:	To honor the courage and bravery of Sgt. Thomas and his memory. His loss will be forever felt in the Department of Corrections family. Secretary Michael Crews will be speaking and Sgt. Thomas’ family will be in attendance. The ceremony is open to the public.
