DOC Partners with National Guard to Hire Veterans and Military Personnel
A Guard and Reserve Hiring Event to provide Department of Corrections employment opportunities to veterans and military personnel. The Department highly values our nation’s veterans and military personnel, and recognizes that this partnership will provide the opportunity to recruit staff with the skills and experience that will help it ensure the safety of Florida families and increase its retention efforts. Applicants will have the opportunity to take the Criminal Justice Battery Aptitude Test on site.
August 14, 2014. The event will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and include representatives of the Florida Guard, U.S. Army, and the Florida Department of Corrections.
