FDC Correctional Officer Sergeant Arrested Following Investigation

CENTURY, Fla. –The Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) Office of Inspector General (OIG) yesterday arrested Correctional Officer Sergeant Nanette Black following an OIG criminal investigation. Black has been charged with Battery.

Following the arrest, OIG inspectors transported Black to the Escambia County Jail. The Florida Department of Corrections Office of Inspector General acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the State Attorney’s Office in the 1st Judicial Circuit.
