Florida Resident Arrested
MILTON, Fla. — The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of Florida resident Angela Howington. Howington is charged with introduction of contraband and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
