FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

FDC ASSAULT ADVISORIES | March 21 – March 27, 2024

This is a report of assault advisories that occurred during the specified timeframe. An assault advisory is issued by the Department of Corrections whenever a correctional officer or probation officer is attacked in the line of duty. All assaults are investigated, and disciplinary action is imposed in accordance with policy.

Santa Rosa Annex: On Wednesday, March 27, Inmate Vitaliy Groesbeck (E38961) assaulted multiple correctional officers by kicking the officers in the chest.

Century Correctional Institution: On Wednesday, March 27, Inmate Michael Harvis (520344) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the face. The incident was captured on camera.

Homestead Correctional Institution: On Wednesday, March 27, Inmate Anita Webb (817898) assaulted a correctional officer.

Northwest Florida Reception Center: On Tuesday, March 26, Inmate Aaron Walker (S71402) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Century Correctional Institution: On Tuesday, March 26, Inmate Brian Moore (X04501) assaulted a correctional officer by grabbing the officer’s hands. The incident was captured on camera.

Hardee Correctional Institution: On Tuesday, March 26, Inmate Emmanuel Santos (X97644) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Lowell Annex: On Monday, March 25, Inmate Jahmecca Jarvis (E49987) assaulted a correctional officer by pulling the officer by the hair. The incident was captured on camera.

Northwest Florida Reception Center: On Monday, March 25, Inmate Brandon Stevens (Y60707) assaulted a food service employee. The incident was captured on camera.

Lowell Annex: On Monday, March 25, Inmate Jahmecca Jarvis (E49987) assaulted two correctional officers by hitting both officers in the face. The incident was captured on camera.

Mayo Annex: On Monday, March 25, Inmate Adam Croff (H41951) assaulted a correctional officer by punching the officer in the stomach.

Lowell Annex: On Monday, March 25, Inmate Jahmecca Jarvis (E49987) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Okaloosa Work Camp: On Monday, March 25, Inmate Ronsauma Holland (I81042) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the hand. The incident was captured on camera.

Zephyrhills Correctional Institution: On Sunday, March 24, Inmate Lorenzo Brinson (S08328) assaulted a correctional officer by throwing a tray at the officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Zephyrhills Correctional Institution: On Sunday, March 24, Inmate Deandre Mckiver (149710) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On Sunday, March 24, Inmate Clivens Rejouis (I44460) assaulted a correctional officer by kicking the officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Wakulla Annex: On Saturday, March 23, Inmate Carl Telusma (Y56467) assaulted a staff member. The incident was captured on camera.

Gulf Correctional Institution: On Saturday, March 23, Inmate Brian Speckman (305954) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Santa Rosa Annex: On Saturday, March 23, Inmate Omar Ysaza (E80695) assaulted a staff member by grabbing the employee’s hands.

Walton Correctional Institution: On Saturday, March 23, Inmate Channing Madison (D34075) assaulted a correctional officer by pushing the officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Hardee Correctional Institution: On Friday, March 22, Inmate Michael Torrey (P44879) assaulted a correctional officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Reception and Medical Center: On Friday, March 22, Inmate Matthew Rybolt (D91874) assaulted a correctional officer by grabbing the officer’s arms. The incident was captured on camera.

Century Correctional Institution: On Friday, March 22, Inmate Daurell Dorsett (M74391) assaulted a correctional officer by pushing the officer. The incident was captured on camera.

Polk Correctional Institution: On Thursday, March 21, Inmate Robert Green (R52784) assaulted a correctional officer by grabbing the officer’s legs. The incident was captured on camera.

Mayo Annex: On Thursday, March 21, Inmate Joshua Sooknandan (128958) assaulted a correctional officer by kicking the officer in the leg. The incident was captured on camera.

Desoto Annex: On Thursday, March 21, Inmate Warren Clinton (641396) assaulted a correctional officer by striking the officer in the ear. The incident was captured on camera.

Franklin Correctional Institution: On Thursday, March 21, Inmate Steven Wesolek (C06748) assaulted a staff member by striking the employee in the torso.
